Hello Marco, Thanks for the quick response. I nuked caches and retried. Same result. Then I looked at the setup.ini for urls, and noticed that the downloading of said files using wget/curl/etc all choke at some point. Always the same point. Changing to another network made the problem go away. Could a firewall in-between dislike these files? In short, does not look like a cygwin problem after more digging. Sorry for the spam.
