A new version of Setup, release 2.882, has been uploaded to
https://cygwin.com/setup-x86.exe (32 bit version)
https://cygwin.com/setup-x86_64.exe (64 bit version)
Changes compared to 2.881:
- Fix setup going into an infinite loop if a replace-on-reboot file was
needed and couldn't or shouldn't be written.

- Fix warnings when building with gcc 6
- Add OS bitness and version to default user-agent string
