This version of python3 for 32 bit cygwin fails to start on 64 bit Windows 7. Error message is: --- from here --- Fatal Python error: Could not allocate TLS entry Abort (core dumped) --- to here --- This occurs in combination of 64 bit Windows 7 and 32 bit cygwin. I have tested in three different environments and got same errors. The test results in several combinations of windows and cygwin are as follows.
