I didn't want to announce it because of the build problem Hans-Bernhard reported about in https://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2016-08/msg00439.html. I'm just uploadeding a new 2.6.0-0.12. If you already downloaded it, it's the same thing as long as you don't want to build it from scratch, so you don't really have to use the one I'm just uploading.
