Fontconfig is a library designed to provide system-wide font configuration, customization and application access. This is an update to the latest upstream release with the following packaging changes: * A perpetual postinstall script is now included for managing the fontconfig cache; future releases of font packages will not need their own postinstall scripts, thereby removing the circular dependency on fontconfig.
