cygcheck -s -v -r > cygcheck.out
please also check the memory layout on
/proc/{git-pid}/maps
It should give hint which BLODA process is
interfering with git

Another problems is about a X panel. I had a menu on to left top of
screen, it looks like start menu. But now I cannot get it again.

It is fbpanel, it was removed from default.
