Yes. There's a bug in the script creating the setup.ini file needed by the setup installer. It withholds some of the automatically generated dependecies for some reason. We're in the process of making this automatism unnecessary. A new _autorebase package working differently and not requiring this automatism is in the loop and should soon hit the release.
