Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I can reproduce this on Win7
but only with 32-bit Cygwin, not 64-bit. I am still unsure of the cause.
I noticed the output says "libserf0_1" is incomplete. When I try to
reinstall it, my only choices are uninstall and keep; reinstall is not an
option.
This is unrelated.
