Hello, While investigating a problem on the google cloud infrastructure, we have discovered that the workaround for KB 823764 in fhandler_socket.cc is incorrect - the data must be split in packets strictly less than the send buffer size (instead of <=). What is the procedure for submitting patches for cygwin? Also, are there cross-compiling cygwin1.dll on ubuntu? I assume that must be possible. Thank you.
