If the problem persists, please send output of cygcheck -svr.
Version 4.5.2 is out, I'll package and upload that and see if it helps. The
upstream changelog doesn't mention any
fixes about anonymous access.

Interrupt
on my side the ipv6 is not working properly
it is enough to revert to ipv4
