Re: strnicmp no longer defined in snapshots

Please ignore my previous two messages.  I just found the newlib 
discussion (https://sourceware.org/ml/newlib/2014/msg00309.html) in 
which Corinna said to remove strncimp and related definitions.  So that 
answers my question.
