"exit code 1" on 64-bit installer

Using a 64-bit system

    C:\> echo %PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE%
    AMD64

With latest "setup-x86_64.exe" now yields this

    Package: base-cygwin
      000-cygwin-post-install.sh exit code 1
    Package: _autorebase
      autorebase.bat exit code 1
    Package: bash
      bash.sh exit code 1
    Package: lynx
      lynx.sh exit code 127
    Package: man-db
      man-db.sh exit code 1

Note that "setup-x86.exe" is not having this problem.
