just found a curious bug on cygport during install phase.
during the install phase the expected behavior is

Preparing executables for UAC:

However if the first level directory is a symlink
$ ls -l /pub
lrwxrwxrwx 1 marco Administrators 19 Jun 26 19:07 /pub ->
/cygdrive/e/cyg_pub
the install phase never complete.
From debug I see a that the dlname test fails as
the left term expands the symlink but the left term does not.
