This evening, setup.exe installed the upgrade of cygwin package, 1.7.30.
After the upgrade, I moved the /etc/{passwd,group} to /etc/{passwd,group}.orig and restarted MinTTY, and it showed the messages I need to regenerate /etc/{passwd,group}...
