The following package has been updated for the Cygwin distribution:
*** ca-certificates-1.96-3
ca-certificates contains the Certificate Authority root certificates
needed for verifying SSL certificates.
This release provides symlinks in a couple more places to match
hardcoded locations in a wider variety of software.
