I can't find the format file `xelatex.fmt'!
Google the issue, recreate 'xelatex.fmt' via 'fmtutil-sys --all'.
Search the log output, I see below key lines:
93 fmtutil: /var/lib/texmf/web2c/luatex/luatex.fmt installed.
184 fmtutil: /var/lib/texmf/web2c/luatex/dviluatex.fmt installed.
699 fmtutil: /var/lib/texmf/web2c/pdftex/pdftex.fmt installed.
1192 fmtutil: /var/lib/texmf/web2c/pdftex/etex.fmt installed.
1687 fmtutil: /var/lib/texmf/web2c/pdftex/pdfetex.fmt installed.
1757 fmtutil: /var/lib/texmf/web2c/tex/tex.fmt installed.
2199 fmtutil: /var/lib/texmf/web2c/xetex/xetex.fmt installed.
Have you installed texlive-collection-latex?
