Thanks for reporting this. Since others have also reported recent trouble with this build of lftp, I'll see if I can build it with GnuTLS and let you see if that fixes your problem. Also, I'm about to release version 4.4.8 for Cygwin, which supposedly fixes some sftp bugs. Please try that when it comes out, and see if that fixes your problem.
