When trying to compile any program with mpicc using openmpi 1.7.1-1, I
get the following error:
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-cygwin/4.5.3/../../../../i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld:
cannot find -lopen-rte
/usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-cygwin/4.5.3/../../../../i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ld:
cannot find -lopen-pal
Reverting to 1.6.4-1 fixes the problem.
In both cases I installed the following packages:
openmpi
libopenmpi
libopenmpi-devel
libopenmpicxx1
