If you search the list of available Cygwin packages for one of the missing
libs above, you'll find them in the mingw-w32api package.

Install that and try again. If you still experience problems and need to
follow-up with the list, please read the problem-reporting guidelines
found at the link below, paying particular attention to the part that
mentions *attaching* your cygcheck output.
