I tried disabling Windows Defender in 'services.msc' and restarting my computer but still no luck. I'm guessing there's some other unknown/unlisted BLODA installed on my computer, but I'll be darned if I can figure out which one it is. I'll try it on a different windows 7 computer to see if I can get it to work there.
