PulseAudio is a sound system for POSIX OSes, meaning that it is a proxy for your sound applications. It allows you to do advanced operations on your sound data as it passes between your application and your hardware. Things like transferring the audio to a different machine, changing the sample format or channel count and mixing several sounds into one are easily achieved using a sound server. This is an update to the latest upstream release. PulseAudio now depends on libasyncns and webrtc-audio-processing. The padsp LD_PRELOAD wrapper is now available. -- Yaakov Cygwin/X CYGWIN-ANNOUNCE UNSUBSCRIBE INFO ================================ If you want to unsubscribe from the cygwin-announce mailing list, please use the automated form at: http://cygwin.com/lists.html#subscribe-unsubscribe If this does not work, then look at the "List-Unsubscribe: " tag in the email header of this message.
