/dev/ttyS0 == /dev/com1
/dev/ttyS1 == /dev/com2

However, comX only supports up to 16 devices, ttySx supports up to 64.
If you're using the latest Cygwin, you can see the recognized devices
by enumerating the contents of /dev with `ls', for instance.
