Dear Trixie -- What that shows is that it was not using the Makefile that I modified, since the modified Makefile mentions ilocreg, not locreg. Also, it suggests that you did not do 'make clean' before running 'make' again. The Makefile I sent you needs to be in place in the src directory. src/init/locreg.f90 needs to be renamed to src/init/ilocreg.f90. Then, in the bigdft directory, run 'make clean', then 'make', then 'make install'. Note: if you run 'configure' again, you will overwrite the Makefile! Perhaps that is what you did ... But as I said, the purveyor can send you a patch if you email him.
