ERROR EC1018: Unable to load cygwin1.dll: LoadLibrary(cygwin1.dll): Invalid access to memory location. (998) I have doubled checked. There is only 1 cygwin1.dll file.I even did a cygcheck to verify the same. I even reinstalled the cygwin and even restarted the laptop, but the issue was still there.
