it seems your rebaseall failed to rebase /usr/bin/cygXdmcp-6.dll
outside of /usr/bin/cygwin1.dll space

Wich rebase and cygwin dll versions you have ? Latest are:

$ cygcheck -c rebase
Cygwin Package Information
Package              Version        Status
rebase               4.3.0-1        OK

$ cygcheck -c cygwin
Cygwin Package Information
Package              Version        Status
cygwin               1.7.16-1       OK

As tentative you can remove /etc/rebase.db.i386
and retry rebaseall again.

In this way rebase will start from scratch instead of reusing
previous addresses
