this new release of rebaseall has an error at lines 217 and 219. the version i just downloaded erroneously assumes invocation of the utility from the current directory. if i missed any previous mention of this in the list, i apologize for the duplication.

and thanks to Marco Atzeri for the rebase.db workaround.
