Wouldn't rebaseall need similar treatment? My understanding from Corinna
is that peflagsall is not particularly helpful (though not harmful either).

I was thinking of rebaseall and writing of peflagsall.
The right command should be:
$ rebaseall -s 'dll|so|oct'
