Hi All, Windows XP, fully patched. Cygwin, latest download from website (installed today).
It appears cygcheck times out on Windows XP. The timeout occurs with the Windows firewall up and down. Other downloads are function fine. Attached is a Wireshark trace for your enjoyment.
