When I want to install a new package in my existing cygwin installation, I fire up setup.exe and blow through the first couple screens that ask me about installation directory, mirrors, packages directory, etc, to get to the package installation menu.
Is there a way I can skip those initial setup screens and go straight to package selection once I have my installation going?
