I tried a new user, and that didn't work, either. So, I returned to my earlier statements, and I realized that I had the following bloda apps installed that I didn't realize: * Embassy Trust Suite * Windows Defender * SpyBot TeaTimer I uninstalled these, and then everything worked for me.
