Forgive me for being dense, but my normal update process consists of downloading the latest setup.exe then let it select any updates of packages I've got installed. Do I need to do anything else? Which package do I need to get this cyglsa.dll/cyglsa64.dll file from (since it probably isn't part of the normal upgrade process, given this warning) ?
