Due to unistd.h including getopt.h an `#ifdef __CYGWIN__'
block was added and a macro option to option_l, the renamed

the original post is 1 month old now w/ no reply, so, I emit the
hypothese that the official maintainer wasn't reading the ml, so
I CC the one specified in the README file.
and if the problem is to have 2 mails instead of one, it's nor the end
of the world, no ?
