With just -O, it correctly returns the path to My Documents, but All
Users doesn't have a My Documents folder--instead has a Shared Documents
folder--so I'm guessing that is what is tripping up cygpath.

Thanks. Still see no problem, even on XP (I first tried W7). Mine
returns the "Documents" folder for "All Users", which is what I would
expect. Perhaps you don't have one of these or don't have access. If
that's the case, the message you get is quite logical.
