The 'tidy' package, for which you are listed as the maintainer, has not
been updated in quite some time, and more recent versions are required
in most cases nowadays. Would you be able to update this package in the
near future?
BTW, I have the current version in Ports, if that would be of help:
http://cygwin-ports.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/cygwin-ports/ports/trunk/libs/tidy/
The .cygport also created separate lib and devel packages.
