Can we get a package refresh of help2man? Since /bin/help2man is hardcoded to try the #!/usr/bin/perl5.10.0 interpreter, but perl is now at 5.10.1, it requires manually tweaking the installed script to get anything to happen. In general, depending on that specific of an interpreter is a bad idea; what's wrong with just #!/usr/bin/perl?
