Hello all,
I am trying to install a speech synthesis software called
'Festival' through cygwin. But when i try to configure and install it
through the 'make' command i am getting an error like this:
i686-pc-cygwin/bin/id: cannot find -lcurses
collect2: id returned 1 exit status.
