1. Check to make sure that 'ls.exe' is on your computer. Use windows explorer to look in usr/bin in your Cygwin directory.
2. See http://cygwin.com/packages/ for a search function. Searching for 'ls.exe' will tell you that it is in the 'fileutils' package. Re-check your list of packages in setup.exe to see whether 'fileutils' needs to be downloaded.
