Hi Larry, Thanks for the response. My reply to Jeremy a moment ago should help clear up what I need as it includes the error I got yesterday and how I made it go away being tied to the SHEBANG line.

Also, the *path* you set in '/etc/passwd' is meant to reference a directory, not a file (or binary in this case). '/usr/bin/perl' on my Cygwin installation is a binary.
