was not effective, I finally went on the
Unfortunately, calm currently has a defect where the person who
requested vaulting doesn't get informed about the success/failure of the
action.
This week I deployed an update to calm which addresses this.
vault requests now generate reporting to the maintainer who requested
the vaulting.
It also should manage to report if the vaulting couldn't happen because
of integrity checks (e.g. you tried to remove the last version of a
package which is depended on by something else).
Reporting is still also made to the maintainer(s) of record for the
package (assuming it's not orphaned).
