just noted that for the latest packages I took over,
summaries are not aware of the change.
$ curl -s
https://cygwin.com/cgit/cygwin-infra/pkg-maint/plain/cygwin-pkg-maint
|grep -i doxygen
doxygen Marco Atzeri
but
$ curl -s https://cygwin.com/packages/summary/doxygen-src.html |grep -i
maintainer

same for
$ curl -s

|grep -i xapian
xapian-bindings Marco Atzeri
xapian-core Marco Atzeri
All the other recent changes seem correctly reported on the summaries.
