TIOCCONS

screen 5.0.0 now includes calls to TIOCCONS, like this:

ioctl(consredirfd[1], TIOCCONS, (char *)&on)

Since TIOCCONS seems not to be present in Cygwin, can someone please suggest
what the equivalent would be?
