My bad, I found them when I tried again just now. I guess maybe my
mirror was out of date or something. Unfortunately, I still can't build
python-imaging for Python 3.12 because the step where the wheel is built
doesn't seem to be happening, and I'm not sure why - if you could help
that'd be great. My cygport file is at
https://gitlab.com/hamishmb/cygwin-python-imaging.
