Hi Jan,
Better do all in one shot, do you expect that all will need
a tcl90 counterpart ?
In that case, I am asking for:
mingw64-i686-tcl90
mingw64-i686-tcl-tk90
mingw64-x86_64-tcl90
mingw64-x86_64-tcl-tk90
tcl90
tcl-tk90
tcl-thread (for Tcl 8.6, this is thread 2.8)
tcl-thread30 (for Tcl 9.0, this is thread 3.0)
better tcl90-xxx
like we have on Python
You can also add:
mingw64-i686-tcl91
mingw64-i686-tcl-tk91
mingw64-x86_64-tcl91
mingw64-x86_64-tcl-tk91
tcl91
tcl-tk91
because the Tcl/Tk 9.1 development already started.
Noted.
The other ones can be compiled for both Tcl 8.6 and 9.0
in a single package, no need for more packages
you will probably need to use alternatives for tclsh link
The tclsh link will continue to point to tclsh8.6. I am not
planning to change that now, since many packages
depending on Tcl are not modified for Tcl 9.0 yet.
Hope this helps,
Jan Nijtmans
Sure
