Including the whole changelog here and in the announce just makes my eyes glaze
over. I think a link is sufficient.
Many packages have no linked repo sources, and many distributed ChangeLog, NEWS,
RELEASE-NOTES are lengthy and a lot of noise needs edited to summarize updates.
For "New" packages, I provide a number of "recent" releases for context versus
LTS or WSL Linux releases that some may be using and more familiar with.
