Hi folks,
Scallywag CI pythonhosted archive downloads are failing with 404 Not Found due
to directory names needing underscores not dashes!

so keep pythonhosted package directory names verbatim and iterate setting
SRC_DIR to package name verbatim or underscored and test availability with:
wget -q --spider ...
or
curl --silent --fail -o /dev/null 2> /dev/null ...
