The "current" release marked as stable for mingw64-x86_64-openssl is 1.0.2+za-1. Please could the latest stable be changed at least to 1.1.1w-0.1, or preferably to a 3.x release.
That said, there appears to be a package error with the 3.x packages - they're installing to /usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/lib64/ - i.e. to a lib64 directory instead of lib. That means they're not showing up with pkgconf --personality=x86_64-w64-mingw32 --list-all, etc. Is that an error, or is there something else which needs changing? https://cygwin.com/packages/summary/mingw64-x86_64-openssl.html still says they install to /usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/{lib,include} Thanks,.
