I am not sure what is the exact reason, however, fedora explicitly excludes x264, x265 library from ffmpeg-free package. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/ffmpeg/blob/rawhide/f/ffmpeg.spec So, I am afraid these cannot be distributed also as cygwin packages. -- Takashi Yano <takashi.y...@nifty.ne.jp>
