Just for FYI, the same access control as for uploads should also apply to git pushes (i.e. the package must be known, and you must be recorded as one of it's maintainers). If that's not the case, please report that!
(note that you can uses the repository for the package name 'playground' for the purposes of testing builds, etc.)
