These package maintainers have no recorded ssh public key, which means
they haven't uploaded a package using the current package upload system,

you can drop Yue.
We worked together for the last singular package, as he was part
of the upstream team.
I have not heard from him any longer and there were at least two
4.x release in the mean time.
I propose to orphan the other packages.
