I set it for dual; I doubt perl-PAR-Packer make any difference to Ken
for the overall managing of perl:

$ grep "^perl.*Achim Gratz/Ken Brown$" cygwin-pkg-maint | wc -l
48

$ grep "^perl.*Achim Gratz$" cygwin-pkg-maint |wc -l
325
